Ron is the Co-Founder and President of Cedar Creek Capital and Self Storage Admin. With more than 17 years of self-storage experience, he has played a central role in acquiring, developing, and operating a portfolio of facilities totaling more than 1 million square feet.

A recognized industry leader, Ron served on the Storelocal Storage Board of Directors during the organization's formative years and previously served as Chair of the Idaho Self Storage Association. His experience spans portfolio growth, operational strategy, organizational leadership, financial performance, and long-term asset value creation.

Ron's leadership and ownership perspective are foundational to Self Storage Admin's management approach. Having operated facilities firsthand, he understands the challenges owners face and the importance of disciplined operations, transparent reporting, revenue optimization, and proactive asset oversight. His experience helps ensure SSA delivers professional management strategies aligned with each property's investment objectives.

In addition to self-storage, Ron has more than 38 years of experience building and scaling successful businesses. He founded Western Benefit Solutions, which became Idaho's largest employee benefits brokerage before being acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher in 2012. He also founded Clearwater Benefits, where he advises private businesses, public entities, and nonprofit organizations on employer-sponsored benefit programs.

James Foster serves as Operations Executive of Self Storage Admin, leading the company's operations and continued growth. He oversees the people, systems and processes that support consistent property performance and scalable management across the growing self-storage portfolio.

With a strong focus on operational excellence, accountability and long-term value creation, James works to standardize procedures, strengthen team development, improve communication and align resources around ownership objectives. His leadership spans property operations, customer experience, maintenance oversight, regulatory compliance and the development of repeatable systems that can be executed effectively across multiple facilities and markets.

James believes strong performance begins with clear expectations, dependable systems and leaders who remain accessible and invested in their teams. His practical, team-focused leadership style helps create a consistent customer experience while supporting occupancy, revenue growth, reputation and long-term asset performance.

James attended the University of Northern Colorado and is based in the Boise, Idaho area.

Jesse Harmon is a senior marketing, revenue optimization and commercial intelligence leader with extensive experience across private equity, public-company and multi-site operating environments. His expertise spans customer acquisition, pricing strategy, demand generation, conversion performance, technology integration and business analytics, with a consistent focus on improving revenue, occupancy, operational efficiency and long-term asset value.

At Self Storage Admin, Jesse helps guide the strategies, systems and performance initiatives that support facilities across every stage of the investment lifecycle. Working at the intersection of marketing, operations, technology and financial performance, he translates portfolio objectives into measurable property-level results.

Previously, Jesse spent more than 15 years leading marketing and revenue strategy for a subsidiary of Marriott Vacations Worldwide, supporting initiatives across VRI Americas' and Trading Places International's portfolio of 165+ managed resorts and over 3.5 million annual room nights.

Jesse holds a B.A. from Chapman University in Orange, California.
